With great neighbors that include FLORIDA GULF COAST UNIVERSITY, Southwest Florida International Airport, Alico ITEC Park, Gulf Coast Town Center and over 3,000 entitled residential units being constructed, this is the best last mile spot.

Additionally, the availability of labor from nearby communities such as Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Golden Gate and Naples, benefit this location for those relocating within our market, Naples to Fort Myers / Cape Coral, your employee base remains unchanged and perhaps will find this Location more convenient.

The road network from Interstate 75, with modernized and reconfigured exits to the 4 lane expansion of Alico Road and the addition of a signal at the redesigned Airport Haul Road, this location has superior streamlined access to the interstate and all of the markets in Southwest Florida.

Our project has tremendous utility capacity, adjacent to FPL transmission mains as well as the water plant and the sewer treatment facility less than 5 miles away, we have no concerns. Additionally, fiber will be stubbed to each building.

Transportation Access

The Project Is accessed from Interstate I-75 at the Alico Road interchange (Exit 128) and situated along Airport Haul Road to the east. The Project is bounded by Southwest Florida International Airport to the north and Airport Haul road to the east.
